This document sets out the terms of the Privacy Policy (‘Policy’) in relation to the use Trend Logic’s website (‘Site’, ‘Website’) and any associated services or products (‘Services’) provided by Trend Logic Pty Ltd, ACN 167 815 410 (‘Trend Logic’, ‘Us’, ‘We’). This Policy forms part of the Trend Logic Terms of Use (‘Terms’) where words and expressions defined in this Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms. When you (‘User’, ‘You’, ‘Visitor’) use the Site, and / or services, you agree to the Terms. The Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and Trend Logic and supersede all prior agreements and representations

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Trend Logic provides this Online Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy, practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in the bottom footer on our homepage

2. What we collect

On the Site you may choose to provide Personal Information including name, contact details and other preference information.
In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your professional interests, demographics and more detailed contact preferences.

3. How the information is used

Trend Logic may use your Personal Information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service, whether as a visitor of the firm, contact or client. Trend Logic will not use or share Personal Information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated, we will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can to honour such requests. Trend Logic strives to keep your Personal Information accurate.

Trend Logic is committed to ensuring the security of your Personal Information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Personal Information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data.

8. The use of Cookies
